Obituary of Ernest "Dewitt" Hinson

Ernest “Dewitt” Hinson, 79, of Cayce, SC, died Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Born in Winnsboro, SC, May 1, 1944, Dewitt was the son of the late Ernest and Eva D. Hinson. He is survived by two daughters, Paulette R. Castles, and Kelly H. Gregory, five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Gracie K. Hinson, his son, Ernest Durand “Randy” Hinson, three brothers, and two great grandchildren. Woodridge Funeral Home is assisting the family. A memorial Service will be held at a later date.
